1. Who we are

Goods by Loft ("we", "us", "our") is an online store selling digital products, operated by YOUNESS NEBGUI, a sole trader based in Morocco. You can reach us at support@goodsbyloft.com. By purchasing from or using https://knowhow.goodsbyloft.com, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders and payment: Paddle as merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns of payment. When you buy from us, you enter into a purchase agreement with Paddle, who then grants you the license to the product under these Terms. Paddle's own Checkout Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude tax. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and displayed by Paddle at checkout before you confirm payment. The charge on your card statement will appear under Paddle's name.

3. Digital products and delivery

Everything we sell is a digital product delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. After your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout, normally within a few minutes. Download links are time-limited (72 hours) for security; if your link expires, contact us and we will issue a new one at no cost.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for downloading and storing your files. We recommend saving your files to your own device or cloud storage promptly after purchase.

4. License and permitted use

Unless a product page states otherwise, every product is sold under a personal-use license. Under this license you may:

• download, store and print the files for your own personal use, as many times as you like;
• use the files across your own personal devices.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, share, gift or redistribute the files (or printed copies) in any form, free or paid;
• upload the files to any website, marketplace, file-sharing service or social platform;
• use the designs to create products for sale;
• claim authorship of the designs or remove branding from template credits.

Where a product is sold with an extended license (for example, a business template licensed for use in one business of your own), the scope stated on that product page applies. All products and designs remain our intellectual property; purchase transfers a license, not ownership.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases, described in full in our Refund Policy. Refunds of payment are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

6. Product descriptions and updates

We work to describe every product accurately, including file formats, page counts and sizes. Preview images are illustrations of the product and may show styling props (frames, desks, devices) that are not included. We may update or improve product files over time; buyers are not automatically entitled to future versions unless the product page says so.

7. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content at scale, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". Planner, budgeting and template content is provided for general organizational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Your purchase agreement with Paddle is governed by Paddle's buyer terms. For any question about these Terms, contact us at support@goodsbyloft.com.
