Refund Policy
Effective date: August 29, 2026
The short version
If you're not happy with a purchase, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right, usually with a fix, a replacement, or a full refund. Digital products can't be physically returned, so we keep the process simple and human.
1. When you're entitled to a refund
Within 14 days of purchase, we will refund you in full if:
- the files are faulty, corrupted, or won't open in standard software;
- the product is materially different from what the product page describes;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you never received your download and we couldn't get it to you after you contacted us.
Beyond those cases, if you're simply not satisfied, contact us anyway within the 14-day window. we review every request in good faith and approve the large majority of them.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@goodsbyloft.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Paddle order number (it's on your receipt).
- Tell us briefly what went wrong. If it's a file problem, a screenshot helps us fix it faster.
We reply within one business day. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle, our merchant of record, by replying to your Paddle receipt email or visiting paddle.net.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all orders, back to your original payment method. Once issued, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Any VAT or sales tax charged is refunded along with the product price.
4. Fair use
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, for example repeated purchase-and-refund of the same catalog, or evidence that files were redistributed. When a refund is issued, your license to use the product ends and you must delete the files.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy adds to, and never limits, any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including EU/UK digital-content rights regarding faulty or misdescribed digital products.
